Today’s 21st century smartphones have been the biggest revolution, which not only just serves us with receiving calls and sending messages, but it also fulfils all our personal, official and social needs.
As we all know everything in life has a positive and negative effect, and no doubts our dearest smartphones have these qualities too. Below are the basic but the most important aspect of our lives ,which is health ,wealth and love , which do get severely affected and how getting rid of smartphone can join us back with our health ,wealth and romance.
Health
Studies and facts from on-going studies and experiments done by scientists proves the side effects these smartphones have in our life ,is a slow but a permanent damage to our health. Studies also say, on an average a person goes 300-500 times on their phones in a day which could be so damaging to our eyes.
We are so much hooked on to our smartphones, we don’t even realise that 45% of people aging 16-24 year olds suffer from back pain, which has increased to 60% since last year, due to increase number of smartphone usage.it not only affects in brain damage but also can lead to accidents or put you into hazardous situations ending in harming yourself as it occupies 37% of your brain while you use it.
Creates depression, Anxiety, obesity, losing sleep are major side effects which is not only growing in adults but also in young teenagers. Rather than going outside and playing outdoor games and keep fit, kids like to stay indoors on their phones and cut themselves off from the people sitting or around them, making them feel ignored.
So, smartphones really are hampering our daily lives and if not controlled can ruin it for us and our families in future.
Wealth
In the last 5 years reports have shown that there is an increase amount of in sales of smartphones by 65% since last year. Talking about figures owning a smartphone means owing the monthly bills which increase 1.5% every year, and 45% of the contracts gets cancelled due to not been able to pay the rising bills making us harder to save money for survival
We all have families to look forward to ,their needs ,their well-being and looking at today’s salary statistics our salaries have remained the same but the cost of our daily needs have risen up.so we need to ask ourselves this question do we really want to spend and the most of our earnings owning just an expensive smartphone.
Met with an accident and the reason was smartphone. These days major accident counts are due to smartphone, which again come under expense as if you met with an accident it doctor and hospital. bills.
For example if you have a big family and even if in a family of Four, if everyone has a smartphone and you have to pay the bills all alone, we are talking a fortune of your life’s hard earning going into something which is not a necessity or a compulsion, which ultimately leads to more stress ending up in your health getting hampered.
Romance
Romance, love, family ties all these are the reason why we all live and try and keep them together forever, but if it gets broken for a simple reason called ‘’SMARTPHONE’’, it’s not only a silly reason but a very vital reason in today high growing technology world, where most of our times gets invested not into keeping our relationships alive but into smartphones to check if there is a new game, a new deal shopping website, new share market app, and may more.
The effect is not just horrific but very saddening too, as we end up giving less importance to our loved ones and friends even while they are sitting near us in the same room but instead all our attention 100% is on our smartphones, which leads to our relationships getting weaker and weaker ultimately resulting in 10 years or 20 years relationships or family getting broken up and scattered into many pieces.do we really want to do that ,as smartphone addiction is turning us into machines and totally reliable on them than ourselves which even lowers our self-confidence .as we all know every action has equal and opposite reaction, so now it is entirely up to us who we choose our family who will stay with us forever or a smartphone for which if we don’t pay bills stops working.
